Job summary

Accenture seeks a Manager for its SAP Analytics practice to lead delivery teams and client engagements focused on SAP Datasphere, SAC, and BDC. You will serve as a trusted advisor, shaping analytics ecosystems that unlock enterprise data value across industries.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage stakeholders, and translate complex requirements into scalable solutions with data modeling, semantic layers, and self-service BI. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in SAP analytics, BI, or data management consulting.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on implementation with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA.
• Minimum 3 years in people or project leadership within a consulting environment.
• Minimum 2 years designing SAP Business AI Platform.
• Three years delivering full-cycle SAP analytics implementations in two domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Commercial, HR).
• Formal degree and SAP certifications in SAC, Datasphere, or BW/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Analytics engagements, including architecture, configuration, integration, and go-live across Datasphere, SAC, and BDC.
• Act as primary client-facing leader, manage stakeholders, and align business and IT sponsors.
• Translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions with data modeling, semantic layer, and self‑service BI.
• Oversee data integration and federation strategies within SAP Datasphere, linking BW/S/4HANA and cloud sources.
• Design SAC story and planning architectures ensuring performance, governance, and usability.
• Guide SAP Business Data Cloud adoption, integrating with Databricks-powered AI/ML pipelines.
