Job summary

Reveal, a US-based SAP-focused advisory, is seeking an experienced Advisor to transform supply chains for diverse clients. You will educate client teams on SAP best practices and lead workshops that translate data into actionable improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in SAP-enabled supply chains, strong change management, and outstanding facilitation skills. You will work with a network of practitioners and wear multiple hats across projects.

Qualifications

• Must possess a passion for teaching SAP concepts to client teams.
• Advanced understanding of supply chain in SAP with focus on MRP, inventory, and data.
• Proven change management experience at all organizational levels.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Business Skills:
Mustpossessa passion for standing up in front of a group of people and educating them on how SAP worksfor their business role (practical application, operational know how)

• Advanced understanding of supply chain principles (best practices) in an SAP environmentand clear articulation of what SAP has to offerforbusiness challenges raised

• Proven experience with change management at all organizational levelsand an ability to drive the application of skills learned

• Effective facilitation skills thatleadsto team buy-in and sustainability with the client, building confidence and momentum

• The ability to challenge teams (internal and external) and hold people accountable

• Comfortable reviewing MRP results/inventory performance and making recommendations on how tooptimizea PFEP

• Strong PowerPoint skills,very comfortablewith Teams and remote sessions, and openness to learning new tools like JIRA, Planner,MIROand Menti

  SAP Experience

• 10+years’ experience withSupply ChainsutilizingSAPwith a strong focus on: MRP, Exception Monitoring, inventory control and analysis, master data forpurchasing, warehousing or production planning(experience withBOTHS/4HANA and ECC)

• Extensive and in-depthSupply Chainfunctional knowledgein yourparticular areaof expertise

• Exceptional knowledge of SAP and Supply Chain best practices, able to articulate and applyto drive tangible outcomes for the business

• Experience with light configuration, functional specifications, testing,validationand change control

• SAPand/or APICScertification a plus
