Job summary

• Minimum 6+ years of SAP configuration and support of HCM/Payroll/Time.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and reusable components.
• Build backend solutions using ABAP (CDS views, AMDP, OData services, RAP).
• Develop and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite, PO/PI, CPI.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle and agile practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Functional Analysts, BASIS, Security, Integration).
• Ensure compliance with SAP security standards and data protection policies.
• Stay current with SAP innovations (SAP BTP, Build, Workzone, Joule).
• Support mentoring, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Participate in S/4HANA implementations and custom code migration to SAP BTP.

This individual will lead HCM initiatives, partner directly with HR and business leaders to define requirements and roadmap priorities, and drive end‑to‑end delivery of SAP HCM solutions while remaining technically involved in development and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and reusable components.
• Build backend solutions using ABAP (CDS views, AMDP, OData services, RAP).
• Develop and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite, PO/PI, CPI.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle and agile practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Functional Analysts, BASIS, Security, Integration).
• Ensure compliance with SAP security standards and data protection policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 6+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Full Stack ABAP Development (ABAP, CDS, OData, Fiori/UI5, PI/PO)
• Minimum 6+ years of SAP configuration and support of HCM/Payroll/Time.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
