Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP applications and enhancements.
• Create and modify Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF), and Workflows.
• Develop and debug module pool programs, ALV reports, BAPIs, BADIs, and user exits.
• Analyze and optimize ABAP code for performance and scalability.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues for existing SAP applications.
• Adapt custom code for new SAP versions and functional changes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants (HR, FI, MM, SD) to gather requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications, test cases, and user documentation.
• Participate in software development lifecycle activities including agile sprints and testing.
• Communicate technical updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven SAP ABAP development experience with a strong project portfolio.
• Proficiency in ABAP techniques including ALV reporting, dialog programming, and performance tuning.
• Experience with BAPIs, BADIs, and user exits.
• Solid knowledge of SAP modules: HR, FI, MM, and SD.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA development preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
