Job summary

Our Home is hiring a Sanitors to clean and sanitize tanks, equipment, utensils, hoses, drums, totes and more in a high-speed manufacturing setting. You will follow sanitation procedures and maintain safety, quality, cost, and GMP standards.

The role requires basic English reading/writing, ability to use basic hand and power tools, and willingness to work in a wet environment, possibly some weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Identify and rectify Food Safety concerns.
• Upkeep inside and outside of facility.
• Cleaning of floors, drains, wash area, and equipment.
• Empty waste during the shift.
• Other duties as required or assigned.
• Keep Master Sanitation Cleaning Schedule, weekly, monthly, yearly etc.

The Sanitors are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all tanks, equipment, facility utensils, hoses, drums, totes, filling equipment, and work area according to the Company sanitation procedures. The incumbent also preforms basic maintenance of the cleaning equipment to ensure all tools are available for ongoing use. Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities

• Keep up with Master Sanitation Cleaning Schedule, weekly, monthly, yearly etc.

• Ability to understand and follow standard procedures and GMP's
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools and high-pressure cleaning equipment
• Willingness to work in a wet environment
• Willingness to work some weekends and overtime as needed

• Good writing and reading skills.
• Ability to read and speak basic English
