Job summary

GDI Services, Inc. in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Sanitor worker to maintain a clean and safe production environment. Responsibilities include sanitizing equipment, floors, walls, and restrooms, following GMP protocols, and wearing provided PPE.

The position offers night shifts (Mon-Fri 9:00 PM–5:30 AM), paid training, and weekly pay with direct deposit options. Experience in sanitation or housekeeping is a plus; strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are valued traits

Qualifications

• Previous sanitation or housekeeping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foaming and scrubbing of production equipment, floors, walls, etc. according to procedures.
• Sanitize all surfaces post-clean for production runs.
• Clean interior production and non-production areas.
• Assist in pre-operation inspections of equipment after cleaning.
• Maintain a safe and food-safe environment through teamwork and training.
• Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and cafeterias.
• Sweep and mop floors.

GDI Services, Inc., a leading provider of quality facility management services, for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial and educational facilities is in need of a Sanitor worker for a location in Swedesboro NJ

Shifts Available:

• Monday - Friday @ 9:00PM - 5:30AM [Subject to change]
• Paid Training
• Weekly Paychecks
• Direct Deposit or Cash Card Options

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Foaming and scrubbing of production equipment, floors, walls, etc. ((wet clean) according to pre-determined set of procedures)
• Works with pre-mixed chemical cleaning agents to clean, sanitize, and return production facility to operation.
• Sanitizing all surfaces post clean for production runs
• Interior infrastructure cleaning of production and non-production areas.
• Be responsible for self-check of work prior to official pre-op inspection.
• Participating in pre-operation inspections of the equipment after the clean.
• Helping maintain a Safe and Food Safe environment through teamwork and proper food sanitation training.
• Sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, and cafeterias.
• Sweeping and mopping.

Wet cleaning duties are performed every Friday.

• Working closely with other team members to assure a good quality clean production surface.
• Assisting other team members on food production line- teamwork is a necessity for completion of all projected work.
• Maintaining and following GMP protocols.
• Lockout equipment being worked on.
• Wear provided PPE (personal protective equipment) when necessary/directed for the completion of work.

Qualifications:

• Previous Sanitation or Housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
• High integrity required.
• Able to follow GMP
