Job summary

Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sanitizer (Trailer Washer) for the night shift at our White Oak, NC site. The role involves washing and sanitizing trucks and trailers, plus occasional car cleaning, following safety policies and IPS guidelines.

The position requires a strong team attitude and the ability to handle heavy physical work and long hours. We offer hourly pay of 16.70 with a $1.00 night shift premium, onsite work, and full‑time hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to do hard physical labor.
• Must work ~60 hours per week, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Must be on call for emergencies (e.g., outages).
• Ability to operate a tractor trailer in yard; backing trailers.

Responsibilities
