Role Description

The Sanitation Worker is a full-time, on-site role based in Noblesville, IN, responsible for maintaining safe and hygienic conditions in food processing and related facilities. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, production areas, and common spaces according to established protocols and regulatory requirements. The role involves proper handling and application of cleaning chemicals, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, and completing checklists and documentation to support audit readiness. The Sanitation Worker will work collaboratively with supervisors and team members, follow safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, and promptly report any issues or hazards. This position may require working evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays, and standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
