Job summary

Filterbuy, Inc. seeks a Sanitation/Warehouse Specialist to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while supporting Shipping and Production. The role is highly physical, requiring repetitive bending, lifting, and movement, and reports to the Shipping Supervisor in Ogden, UT.

Shifts are Monday to Thursday, 10 hours each. Responsibilities include handling cardboard waste, processing returned products, and accurate placement of finished goods to support efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, transport, and compact cardboard scrap throughout the warehouse using designated equipment.
• Perform repetitive bending, lifting, and physical movement as part of daily sanitation and material handling duties.
• Clean and process returned products, ensuring proper disposal or reintegration into inventory as required.
• Assist inventory team by accurately putting finished production products into correct warehouse locations.
• Handle high-volume workload, including managing approximately 40+ pallets per shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, aisles, and workstations to support safety and operational efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Ensure work areas remain organised and free of debris or hazards.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Support overall warehouse operations as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.
