Job summary

AMERI-CANS is seeking a full-time Custodial Technician to support our expanding operation in Pampa, TX. You will clean, sanitize, and restock restroom trailers, shower trailers, and hand-wash stations at customer sites while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities include disinfecting surfaces, restocking supplies, and coordinating with maintenance and operations in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check is required for employment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Some sites may require U.S. citizenship and a clean criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restroom trailers, shower trailers, hand-wash stations, and other facilities at customer sites.
• Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as sinks, faucets, counters, mirrors, and door hardware.
• Clean and disinfect toilet and urinal fixtures inside trailers.
• Restock consumables including toilet paper, soap, sanitizer, and towels.
• Sweep, mop, and detail trailer interiors to maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist with basic unit maintenance and notify maintenance of issues.
• Interact professionally with customers and site personnel.
• Operate a service van and related equipment to support janitorial operations.
