Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Technician to keep our facility clean, safe, and ready to produce the products people love. You will clean equipment, work areas, and common spaces, ensuring every task meets safety and quality standards.

We offer 1st and 2nd shifts with a $1.50 differential on the second shift, structured onboarding, and a competitive pay rate of $17.68 per hour with eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment, tools, and changeover parts using approved methods and materials
• Wash slats and parts using dishwashers, sinks, or spray hoses
• Label and store cleaned items to prevent contamination
• Clean bathrooms, lunchrooms, offices, and other common areas
• Collect and dispose of garbage throughout the facility
• Assist with cleaning tasks in packaging or manufacturing areas
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Shifts Available:

• 1st shift - 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday
• 2nd shift - 3:00-11:30pm, Monday through Friday

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:
To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Sanitation Technician,you’llhelp keep our facility clean, safe, and ready to produce the products people love.You’llclean equipment, work areas, and common spaces, making sure everything meets safety and quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to doing things right help us deliver with care and consistency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean equipment, tools, and changeover parts using approved methods and materials
• Wash slats and parts using dishwashers, sinks, or spray hoses
• Label and store cleaned items to prevent contamination
• Clean bathrooms, lunchrooms, offices, and othercommon areas
• Collect and dispose of garbage throughout the facility
• Assistwith cleaning tasks in packaging or manufacturing areas
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0-1 years of experience; prior sanitation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Able tolift upto 50lbsand stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
