Ranchers Choice Processing in Bellville, TX is seeking a dedicated sanitation team member to keep our facility clean, safe, and compliant across all production shifts. This hands-on role supports our daily operations and food safety commitment.

You will clean and sanitize equipment and areas, follow established SOPs and schedules, safely handle cleaning chemicals, and maintain sanitation logs. Teamwork with production and QA is essential for high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Prior sanitation or janitorial experience in food processing is required.
• Ability to work in cold, wet, and physically demanding conditions.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and sanitation best practices is a plus.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and safety protocols.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Must be able to work early morning, evening, or weekend shifts.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize processing equipment, machinery, and facility areas.
• Follow sanitation schedules and SOPs to maintain food safety compliance.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and sanitizers.
• Inspect cleanliness before and after production shifts.
• Assist with breakdown and reassembly of equipment for deep cleaning.
• Maintain sanitation logs and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with production and QA to uphold hygiene standards.
