Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Sanitation Tech in Goldsboro, NC to perform cleaning duties across facilities. You will follow seven steps of sanitation, use PPE, and ensure a clean, safe environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, restrooms, and surfaces, maintaining supplies, and reporting safety hazards. Prior janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is helpful.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in the Food Processing industry or another heavy industry field.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and waste in accordance with company policies.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
