Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Sanitation Worker for our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will help maintain a clean and safe production environment by sanitizing equipment, tools, and facility areas while following food safety standards.

The role offers a 3rd shift, four 10-hour shifts (Thu-Sun), with weekly pay starting at $15.50 per hour. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screening are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Familiarity with basic sanitation and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment (mixers, conveyors, molds, packaging machines, etc.) according to schedules.
• Disassemble and reassemble food processing equipment for thorough cleaning.
• Use industrial cleaning chemicals and sanitizers safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, drains, ceilings, and other surfaces in production areas.
• Handle and dispose of waste materials and recyclables properly.
• Wear PPE and follow all safety protocols.
