You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, surfaces, and production areas meet regulatory sanitation requirements, thereby contributing to the safety and quality of our food products.**Duties and Responsibilities****:*** **Sanitation Procedures:** Execute thorough cleaning and sanitation procedures according to company protocols and regulatory guidelines. This includes but is not limited to equipment disassembly, chemical cleaning, and sanitation of production areas.* **Inspection and Monitoring:** Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify sanitation issues or areas requiring maintenance. Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, and promptly report any deficiencies or replenishment needs.* **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and sanitation regulations, such as FDA, USDA, and HACCP standards. Keep abreast of updates to regulations and implement necessary changes to sanitation procedures accordingly.* **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities, including cleaning schedules, inspection reports, and sanitation logs. Assist in the preparation of documentation for regulatory inspections and audits.* **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to coordinate sanitation activities with production schedules.
