Café Valley Bakery is seeking a sanitation technician to maintain cleanliness in the production area and office spaces. The role requires adherence to the Master Cleaning schedule and procedures, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment for associates and visitors.

This position operates on 12-hour shifts from 6:00pm to 6:00am, with mandatory weekend availability as part of the regular rotation to support continuous production and bakery operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean production area, offices, floors, walls and ceilings per Master Cleaning schedule.
• Follow supervisor instructions and Master Cleaning procedures.
• Support plant operations to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Job description

Primarily responsible to provide excellent support to Plant Operations and excellent customer service to all associates and visitors. The Sanitation Technician for Café Valley Bakery is responsible for the cleaning of the building structure in the production area and offices that includes floors, walls and ceilings, following a Master Cleaning schedule and procedures set forth by the supervisor.Work Schedule: This position requires working 12-hour shifts (6:00pm–6:00am). Weekend availability is required, and employees must be able to work scheduled weekends as part of their regular rotation.
