Job summary

Sysco Central Pennsylvania, LLC is seeking a sanitation associate to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. You will follow Preferred Work Methods (PWM) and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities include removing trash, cleaning spills, sanitizing restrooms and offices, and maintaining overall cleanliness throughout the facility. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and prior warehouse sanitation experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Previous sanitation experience within a warehouse environment, highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

• Clean up any spills of product or other foreign matter.
• Operate power scrubber, sweeper walk behind scrubber and other warehouse equipment.
• Clean warehouse walls, floors, racking, doors, etc.
• Clean facility building, grounds, lighting, parking lots, etc.
• Sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and locker rooms.
• Follow the daily schedule as assigned by the supervisor to ensure a continuous sanitation maintenance program.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.

JOB SUMMARY
