Responsibilities

• Break down, clean, and sanitize processing equipment.
• Regularly clean walls, floors, HVAC components, pipes, and ceilings.
• Operate sanitation equipment and apply cleaning chemicals safely.
• Maintain OSHA, food safety and HACCP paperwork.
• Support GMP audits and communicate corrective actions.

Potential candidates for this position must possess a moderate level of technical abilities and be capable of completing specialized safety training.**Employee Type:**Full time**Location:**MO St Louis**Job Type:**Production Group**Job Posting Title:**Sanitation Team Member**Job Description:****Responsibilities:*** Break down, clean, and sanitize food-processing equipment* Regularly work in confined spaces such as dryers, and semolina silos* Perform general cleaning and maintenance of structural components such as walls, floors, HVAC units and ductwork, lights, pipes, windows, and ceilings* Regularly clean and maintain auxiliary rooms, structures, and outside areas of facility* Properly mix and safely apply cleaning and sanitizing chemicals when necessary* Maintain and complete OSHA, food safety and HACCP paperwork associated with the position* Periodically perform or participate in GMP or Food Safety audits.
