Job summary

Bento Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor for our Ready-to-Eat facility in Orlando, FL. You will lead sanitation staff, ensure adherence to HACCP, GMPs, SQF/BRC and OSHA, and coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Production to maintain clean, safe production lines.

You will monitor chemical usage, train staff on safety and GMP practices, and maintain accurate sanitation records to support ongoing audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in sanitation within food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, allergen control and environmental monitoring.
• Ability to read SDS docs and sanitation procedures.
• Basic computer skills and sanitation tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning and sanitation in the Ready-to-Eat facility in compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SQF/BRC and OSHA.
• Lead sanitation staff, verify cleaning effectiveness, and support production readiness.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance and Production to ensure sanitation and schedules meet targets.
• Monitor chemical usage and safety, train staff on procedures and PPE.
• Maintain sanitation records and participate in audits and corrective actions.
