Job summary

BlackRock Resources, LLC is seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation Supervisor in the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sanitation supervisory experience in a food or beverage facility and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities include leading sanitation staff, maintaining schedules, and ensuring SSOP compliance to produce safe food products in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work nights and communicate effectively in English.

• Maintains the Master Sanitation Schedule and adapts to changing sanitation and production needs.
• Reports to the Sanitation Manager and/or Plant Manager.

3rd shift Sanitation Supervisor

Large food manufacturing company in the Philadelphia area is currently seseking a 3rd shift Sanitation Supervisor.The idea candidate must have the following qualifications and skills:

• At least 2 years sanitation supervisory experience in a food or beverage manufacturing facility.

JOB SUMMARY

The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for leading, training, and supervising sanitation employees to ensure the

cleanliness and safety of the facility. This role is critical to the production of safe food products and requires the ability

to work in a fast-paced environment, follow verbal and written directives, and perform effectively under pressure.

The Sanitation Supervisor trains and motivates both new and experienced employees, executes sanitation and

production schedules, and ensures compliance with Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs). This

position maintains the Master Sanitation Schedule (Client) on a weekly basis and demonstrates flexibility to adapt to

changing sanitation and production needs. The role reports to the Sanitation Manager and/or Plant Manager.
