Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Sanitation Manager to lead the site sanitation program, CIP systems, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing, warehousing, and utilities. You will drive continuous improvement, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure food safety and operational reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related technical discipline.
• 7–10 years of progressive sanitation, food safety, quality, or manufacturing leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated technical leadership involving CIP systems.
• Experience with FDA/USDA, GFSI audits, and customer requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation programs ensuring regulatory, customer, and audit requirements.
• Oversee CIP design, validation, and optimization across facilities.
• Develop and maintain MSS/SSOPs and lead audits and investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
