The Morristown, Indiana plant is seeking a Sanitation Operator to keep facilities clean, assist Process Operators, and operate powered vehicles.

Shifts rotate 12 hours: 10:00-22:00 or 22:00-10:00; pay $23.94 per hour. Join a team focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement, with opportunities for growth.

A Day in the Life:

The Sanitation Operator is responsible for housekeeping of the soybean processing plant, assisting Process Operators with their daily tasks, and operating powered industrial vehicles. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, works well in a team environment, has a positive attitude, and has the ambition to further develop their career with the company.

Position Details:

Rotating 12-hour shifts, either 10:00am 10:00pm or 10:00pm 10:00am

Pay: $23.94 an hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keep all work areas buildings and grounds clean at all times


• Complete all paperwork in a timely manner


• Actively participate in all aspects of safety including near miss reporting and meetings


• Perform other duties as assigned


• Understand and communicate clearly throughout the facility
