Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to uphold cleanliness and safety across the floor, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices. You will follow SOPs, support various teams, and perform duties as assigned by leadership to ensure a positive store image.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and assisting with cleaning and safety procedures. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must follow SOPs and maintain safety standards.
• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs all duties on the daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports all teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Participates in ordering supplies required for store maintenance.
• Helps with cleaning emergencies.
• Helps maintain the store’s landscaping and parking lot.
• Performs continual cleaning of all store departments.
• Arrives to work station on time, groomed and ready to work.
• Immediately reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
