Job summary

Continental Mills, Inc. is seeking a senior sanitation leader to develop and maintain sanitation SOPs and Master Schedule for wet and dry areas. You will lead training, implement audits, and drive continuous improvement across quality, productivity and engagement within the plant.

This role requires extensive experience in food sanitation, HACCP/GFSI knowledge, and strong leadership. Expect to manage cross-functional teams, ensure safety, and uphold CM standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Food Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years in food sanitation/quality.
• Minimum 5 years leading sanitation programs in food industry.
• HACCP, GFSI, Internal Auditor training preferred.
• CIP/COP experience preferred.
• Experience with managing chemicals required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sanitation SOPs and Master Sanitation Schedule for wet and dry environments.
• Develop, execute and maintain training materials; deliver training and verify compliance to CM standards and audits.
• Perform analysis on new processes and equipment; propose cleaning/sanitation and training requirements.
• Act as primary resource for sanitation decisions to improve quality, productivity, and engagement.
• Develop, execute and validate audit programs to support sanitation.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for sanitation programs.
