Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC seeks a Sanitation Lead to enforce company policies, oversee daily sanitation tasks, and manage MSDS documentation. This role also blends office duties with production floor support to maintain accuracy and compliance within a food manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, possess strong organizational skills, and be capable of delegating tasks while ensuring safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FDA and MDA requirements for the food industry.
• GMPs, HACCP, Allergens and SQF knowledge essential.
• Experience with Pest Control programs.
• Understanding of the 10 principles of sanitary equipment design.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation program development and documentation.
• Enforce company policies and MSDS tasks; ensure compliance.
• Provide floor-level support to ensure documentation accuracy and operational needs.
