Maker’s Pride, LLC in Itasca, IL is seeking a Sanitation Lead I to supervise a team of sanitation operatives and ensure all cleaning processes meet standards during production shifts. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and oversight of the master cleaning schedule, SOP changes, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.

Starting pay is $23.40 per hour with a shift differential for 3rd shift; a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k, paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sanitation operatives and ensure cleaning processes meet standards.
• Manage staffing levels and training plans to support the master cleaning schedule.
• Coordinate with production for timely sanitation activities and compliance with SOPs.
