Pilgrim's is seeking candidates for an on-site sanitation role in Arkansas. The hourly wage starts at $19.15 per hour with an attendance bonus of $2.75 per hour if qualifications are met.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing production areas and completing mandatory safety and food safety training. Strong employment history and willingness to work closely with teammates are preferred.

Pilgrim's wants YOU to join our hourly Sanitation team! Positions start at $19.15/ hour for 3rd shift Sanitation plus an attendance bonus if qualifications are met of $2.75per hour. We are looking for candidates with good employment history that will fit and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities andAccount abilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and sanitizing production areas
• Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.
• Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.

What You'll Need:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry experience is a plus.
• Skills: A bility to multitask and work quickly, have good communication skills, ability to comprehend simple instructions and apply common sense, and must be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations. (Less than 3 feet apart.)
• Physical requirements: Ability to work in cool temperatures (around 40 degrees), ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day and lift 50 bs or more.
