This entry-level position is responsible for rigorous cleaning and sanitizing of production areas, equipment, and floors. The role ensures all sanitation activities meet USDA and SQF food safety standards. Workers perform a variety of physical tasks, contribute to environmental monitoring, and help maintain overall hygiene and safety throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, and floors using high-pressure hoses and approved chemicals.
• Comply with USDA and SQF food safety standards during all cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Monitor environmental conditions, including temperature and cleanliness, to support food safety requirements.
• Handle waste management tasks, including removal, sorting, and proper disposal of waste materials.
• Complete required documentation related to cleaning, sanitation, and environmental monitoring.
• Perform heavy lifting and operate cleaning equipment as needed.
