Job summary

Kettle Cuisine, LLC. in Lynn, MA is seeking a Sanitation Associate to support safe, clean, and compliant manufacturing. You will perform daily area checks for non-compliance, follow GMPs, disassemble/re-assemble production equipment, and ensure correct PPE is worn.

This role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, strong attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication. Schedule is 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM; the position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a 5% target bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks of area for non-compliance and report them to your manager.
• Follow the company GMPs.
• Dis-assemble and re-assemble production equipment.
• Ensure correct PPE is always worn.
• Safe use of chemicals.
• Always ensure clean and tidy areas.
• Assist QA with pre-op release of factory.
• Communicate and update all relevant parties of any issues or changes.
• Take instructions from supervisors.
• Any other tasks deemed reasonable and requested by management.

Pay Range for Sanitation Associate

The Sanitation Associate base pay range $16.50 USD plus shift differential/hourly. The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the Lynn, MA location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.

• The Sanitation Associate position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.
• This position is also eligible for a target bonus of 5%.
