Overview

As an Area Manager, you’ll oversee multiple sanitation sites within a designated region, ensuring service delivery, compliance, and team performance. You’ll lead Site Managers and their teams to meet client expectations, safety standards, and sanitation protocols. You will balance strategy with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sanitation operations across multiple facilities to deliver high-quality, compliant service.
  • Coach and develop Site Managers to build high-performing teams aligned with safety and food quality standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, HR, Finance) to drive performance, resolve issues, and implement best practices.
  • Ensure readiness for audits and support corrective actions to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, KPIs, labor usage, and resource allocation to meet company and client goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and frontline engagement.

What You Bring
  • Experience: 7+ years in management, in food manufacturing sanitation and production environments.
  • Sanitation Expertise: Familiarity with USDA/FDA regulations, GMPs, and Master Sanitation Programs.

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English): Required for effective communication and leadership across diverse teams.
