Eliada Homes is seeking a Grounds Maintenance/Facilities support role responsible for mowing, trimming hedges, trash collection, and seasonal upkeep across the campus. The position reports to the Facilities Director and requires a high school diploma or GED, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and possess a valid North Carolina driver's license.
Ideal candidates have prior grounds maintenance experience and are willing to perform winter de-icing and routine equipment maintenance.
Works under the supervision of the Facilities Director. Responsible for the maintenance of the grounds, sanitation, and trash collection of Eliada Homes, Inc.
Position reports to: Facilities Director
Knowledge: Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Experience: Some experience in maintenance of grounds and/or sanitation preferred.
Skills/Physical/Working Conditions: Must possess a valid North Carolina driver's license and be insurable by Eliada insurance carriers. The position may require frequent local travel and hazards can be many due to type of work being done on campus. The position requires employee to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
