McLane Company, Inc is hiring a Sanitation Teammate in Republic, MO. You will maintain a clean environment across offices, DC, and transportation areas, including floors, restrooms, and break rooms, while following safety protocols.

The role offers strong benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days and a comprehensive 401(k) plan after 90 days. Primary duties include painting inside/outside, trash removal, and general cleaning across the facility.

Formación

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform tasks safely and effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean work environment in offices, break rooms, DC, and Transportation areas.
• Offices: vacuum/mop floors, empty trash, wipe surfaces, clean windows/walls.
• Restrooms: clean and sanitize surfaces, empty trash, sweep/mop floors, replenish supplies.
• Break rooms, entrances and locker areas: wash windows, sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean surfaces, replenish supplies.
• DC/Transportation: sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean dock plates, clean racks and put away pallets.
• Division Grounds: pick up/empty trash, maintain walkways, cut grass, empty cigarette cans.
• Painting inside and outside of the facility.
• Other duties may be assigned.

What you'll do as a Sanitation Teammate:

• Maintain a clean work environment in the offices, break rooms, DC, and Transportation areas.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
