Job summary

BERC Specialty Services in the Vancouver/Portland area is seeking team members for cleaning/janitorial roles. Part-time positions (20+ hours/week) with potential to move to full-time, starting wage $17.25–$17.75 per hour DOE, and a $1 raise after 90 days.

25–35 hours weekly at start, with a fast-growing, service-oriented company. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, company events, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• English communication required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable car required.
• Cleaning/janitorial experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deep cleaning vacant homes and apartments.
• Trash-out cleaning and hoarding cleanup.
• Organizing supplies and inventory duties.
• Cleaning common areas in offices, buildings, and facilities.
• Working with clients in rooms and performing exterior property cleaning when needed.
• Assist with grounds keeping and related outdoor tasks.
