THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR SANDWICH TEAM LEAD

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a full‑time position with required availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

YOUR ROLE

As our Sandwich Team Lead, you'll balance leadership with customer engagement, warmly greeting guests, offering recommendations, and delivering excellent service. You take pride in creating high‑quality food while supporting your team whenever needed, stepping in to ensure consistency and efficiency. Whether you're sharing samples, handling questions, or leading by example, you represent Froehlich’s commitment to quality and hospitality in every interaction.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to frequently lift 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform simple math problems
• Ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions
• Flexibility to work well with other team members
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

A high school education, or the equivalent combination of education and experience, and a ServSafe certification are preferred.
