Job summary

Coborn's Sandwich Shop Manager is responsible for operating, directing and supervising the store to deliver a clean, friendly and well-stocked guest experience. You will manage staff workload, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations while controlling department expenses and shrinkage.

You will also prepare products for sale, unload and transport merchandise, and maintain fresh codes and rotations to ensure quality.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Overview

The Sandwich Shop Manager operates, directs, and supervises the Store. Duties include managing department expense, control shrinkage and pilferage losses. Prepares products for sale and consumption. Ensures favorable image with customers through a clean, attractive, friendly and well-stocked store. Unloads and transports merchandise to appropriate area. Controls freshness by coding and rotating all products. Responsible for directing staff to include: directing workload, counseling, training, performance evaluations, and supervision.

Pay Range

USD $20.00 - USD $26.50 /Hr.
