Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and accident prevention principles.
• Must be able to multitask well and work well under pressure.
• Nevada Health Card required.
• Knowledge of standard kitchen equipment, including toasters, refrigerators and coolers, slicers, and beverage machines.
• Basic computer skills and experience with varied Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• 1 year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• 1 year of guest service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in the work area as applicable.
• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the dining area.
• Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments.
• Follows standardized recipes to ensure accuracy with food orders.
• Manage high-volume orders efficiently.
• Assists customers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee beverages and adhering to coffee recipes.
• Maintains customer service area and equipment cleanly and appealingly.
• Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment.
• Unload delivery orders and stock the orders to the designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
