Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters in Canton, IL is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver sandwiches to customers in the designated delivery area, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Drivers may also serve as an In Shopper when no deliveries are scheduled.

The role requires standing/walking, basic math, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance. You will greet customers, handle payments and maintain a clean, organized environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
• Ability to use basic math, addition and subtraction, understand fractions.

Responsibilities

• Takes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets in a courteous and timely manner
• Delivers sandwich orders to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner in established delivery area only
• Accepts payment from customers for orders
• Works with management to reconcile cash from delivery sales
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station and restrooms
• Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, collects payments and makes change
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance and clean driving record
