Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a Sandwich Artist Lead to oversee artisan sandwiches and brick-oven pizzas, delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring top quality and freshness. You’ll create a fun, friendly atmosphere, engage guests with samples, and drive sales through suggestive selling.

You will also design appealing displays, monitor health and sanitation standards, and provide backup to the Pizzeria Artist Lead as needed, contributing to a collaborative and high-energy team environment.

Overview

The Sandwich Artist Lead will oversee the creation of artisan sandwiches and brick-oven pizzas. The Sandwich Artist Lead is responsible for providing continuous delivery of exceptional guest service, ensuring superior quality and freshness of sandwich products and brick-oven pizzas, attracting guests by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere, engaging guests through freshly prepared product samples and suggestive selling, creating appealing product displays to attract guests, understanding all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. The Sandwich Artist Lead will provide backup and support to the Pizzeria Artist Lead as needed.

Pay Range

USD $16.25 - USD $21.50 /Hr.
