Rottinghaus Company Inc., a proud Subway franchisee, is expanding and we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our Team as Sandwich Artists.

You’ll craft delicious subs, greet guests with a warm smile, and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while learning sandwich prep, baking, packaging, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Subway, craft subs and deliver smiles with every order.
• Welcome every guest with a warm smile.
• Build sandwiches to standard formulas.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean inside and out.
• Prepare fresh ingredients like onions, tomatoes, and peppers.
• Take out trash and recyclables; sweep and mop floors.
• Follow closing procedures and cleaning checklists.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a safe workspace.
• Record employee meals and voids properly.
• Provide friendly, professional service to every customer.
