Job summary

Subway in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Team Member to deliver an exceptional Guest experience, prepare and serve fresh food, and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment. You will work with a team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

No prior experience is required, and education requirements are minimal. Various shifts are available, including day, evening, and weekend positions; compensation is to be discussed with location. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Prerequisites: Some high school or equivalent.
• Experience: No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Guest experience from start to finish, including recommending meal options to Guests.
• Uphold food safety standards while preparing and serving fresh food daily.
• Work with teammates to keep all restaurant areas clean and maintain a pleasant atmosphere for Guests.

Job description

Key parts of your day to day will consist of:

• Working with our Guests to knowledgeably recommend meal options and fulfill their orders from start to finish

• Working with your teammates to keep all areas of the restaurant clean while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for our Guests

PREREQUISITES

Education:

Some high school or equivalent

Experience:

No previous experience required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.

Physical:

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
