Job summary

Subway - 1961-0 is seeking friendly Team Members to join our quick-service restaurant team. You will interact with Guests, assist with menu choices, and help process orders efficiently while maintaining a sanitary and welcoming dining area.

No prior experience is required, and you will receive on-the-job training. Full-time and part-time shifts, including day, evening, and weekend hours, are available depending on location. Compensation discussions occur at the store level.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong customer service orientation preferred.
• Willingness to learn Subway policies and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests by knowledgeably recommending meal options and fulfilling orders from start to finish.
• Uphold food safety standards when preparing and serving fresh food daily.

Key parts of your day to day will consist of:

• Working with our Guests to knowledgeably recommend meal options and fulfill their orders from start to finish

PREREQUISITES

Education: Some high school or equivalent

Experience: No previous experience required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
