Job summary

Subway is hiring Team Members to join our guest-focused team. You will help guests choose meals, prepare and serve fresh food, and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided.

You will work with a friendly team, learn food safety standards, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers full-time opportunities with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests to knowledgeably recommend meal options and fulfill their orders from start to finish.
• Uphold food safety standards as you prepare and serve fresh food daily.
• Work with teammates to keep all areas of the restaurant clean and maintain a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

Key parts of your day to day will consist of:

PREREQUISITES

Education: Some high school or equivalent

Experience: No previous experience required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
