Job summary

Subway is seeking a Sandwich Artist to focus on guest experience, food preparation, and maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant. You will work with teammates to ensure orders are accurate and delivered with a smile.

No prior experience is required, and training will be provided. This role offers full-time or part-time hours with day, evening, and weekend shifts varying by location.

Qualifications

• Guest experience is prioritized and you will help Guests choose meal options.
• You will follow food safety standards in food preparation and service.
• Teamwork is essential to keep the restaurant clean and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests from start to finish with orders and recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize restaurant areas throughout the shift.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions as needed.

Job description

Key parts of your day to day will consist of:

• Working with our Guests to knowledgeably recommend meal options and fulfill their orders from start to finish
• Upholding food safety standards as you prepare and serve fresh food daily
• Working with your teammates to keep all areas of the restaurant clean while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for our Guests

PREREQUISITES

Education

Some high school or equivalent

Experience

No previous experience required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
