Job summary

Rottinghaus Company Inc., a Subway franchisee, is expanding and seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Sandwich Artist. You’ll be the face of Subway, crafting delicious subs, greeting guests, and delivering smiles with every order.

We provide on-the-job training in sandwich prep, baking, packaging, and customer service to help you shine from day one. We offer competitive pay with tips, flexible scheduling, free beverages and uniforms, and a clean grease-free environment.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided for sandwich prep and customer service.
• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Craft sandwiches to standard formulas and greet guests.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean and organized inside and out.
• Prep fresh ingredients (onions, tomatoes, peppers).
• Record meals and voids properly (if applicable).
• Provide friendly, professional service to every customer.

What You’ll do:

• You’ll be the face of Subway®, crafting delicious, picture-perfect subs and delivering smiles with every order. We’ll train you in sandwich prep, baking, packaging, and customer service so you can shine from day one!
• Welcome every guest with a warm smile
• Build sandwiches to perfection using our standard formulas
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Keep the store sparkling clean—inside and out
• Prep fresh ingredients like onions, tomatoes, and green peppers
• Take out trash and recyclables, sweep and mop floors
• Follow all closing procedures and complete cleaning checklists
• Lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a safe, organized workspace
• Record employee meals and voids properly
• Provide friendly, professional service to every customer
