Job summary

Interstate Assembly Systems in Surprise, AZ is seeking an independent Sandblaster – Paint Prep to join our team. The role involves general paint prep, sanding, masking, minor body work, sandblasting, painting and bed liner application. Schedule is M-F, 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM.

This position emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous improvement with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include health options and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience in truck equipment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent attendance and ability to work overtime.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Interstate Assembly Systems is looking for an independent, driven individual to join our team in Surprise, AZ as a Sandblaster – Paint Prep. We build custom trucks and have tremendous room for growth!

Schedule: M-F, 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM

This position will be performing general paint prep, sanding, masking, minor body work, sandblasting, painting and applying bed liner.

Requirements
