Job summary

Morrow Renewables LLC is seeking a Sandblaster/Painter for our Mineola, TX facility. You will sandblast, prep, and paint steel surfaces to meet quality standards, supporting our renewable gas projects.

The role runs on a 7am–5pm schedule Monday through Friday, with Saturday shifts as needed. Pay is $20 per hour, with employer-paid medical insurance and room for growth in a growing manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sandblasting and painting.
• Ability to prep surfaces and mix paints for application.
• Wamiliar with safety and quality standards in metal finishing.

Responsibilities

• Sandblast, prep, and treat steel surfaces.
• Apply paint and maintain coating quality.
• Clean hoses, spray guns, and organize materials.
• Keep work area safe and organized throughout shifts.

We are looking for a Sandblaster to join our Manufacturing facility in Mineola, TX.

Job Description-

Painter/Sandblaster is responsiblefor prepping, sandblasting, and applying paint to steel surfaces.

Other Responsibilities: Cleaning and organizing or various other light tasks.

Responsibilities- Sandblast, prep, mix paints, paint, clean hoses, and guns and organize for the next day.

Qualified candidates should be proficient in both sandblasting and painting to accomplish assigned taskswhile producing high standard of work, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Work Schedule- 7am-5pm Monday- Friday, and Sat. 7am-3pm 9 (Sat. work, subject to change).

Pay: $20 per hour, based on experience.
