Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced Sandblaster Operator for a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule. The position focuses on preparing metal surfaces using sandblasting equipment, removing coatings, and ensuring quality through thorough inspection.

Qualifications

• Previous sandblasting or industrial experience preferred.
• Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable working around dust, noise, and industrial equipment.
