Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking a customer-focused team member for the Food & Beverage department in Florida. You will assist servers, maintain cleanliness, stock service areas, and help ensure smooth guest experiences across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Ideal candidates have prior guest relations experience and strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. You will work closely with the General Manager and other department leaders to deliver high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Prior guest relations and/or training.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
