Job summary

SoHo Dragon is recruiting a Sanctions Screening & List Management Analyst to join a hybrid team in New York. The role focuses on implementing and upgrading sanctions screening software, managing lists, tuning rules, and collaborating with Compliance and Technology groups across geographies.

You will oversee process improvements, monitor key metrics, and ensure alignment with OFAC and EU sanctions laws while coordinating with global stakeholders and delivering timely updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with sanctions compliance and Fircosoft screening.
• Experience in project management and system development.
• OFAC sanctions screening, list management and tuning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Represent US sanctions compliance in initiatives to implement or upgrade sanctions screening software.
• Liaise with groups in Paris on screening issues, including list management, rules, tuning, and exceptions.
• Oversee technology and operations on screening/list management issues, tuning, analytics, and data governance.
• Execute process and procedure improvements with commitments to targets and deadlines.
• Identify screening gaps and develop implementation plans.
• Develop metrics for daily and monthly oversight and reporting to senior management.
• Ensure screening aligns with OFAC/EU and applicable sanctions laws.
• Recommend tuning opportunities for lists and establish reviews of interdiction lists.
