Alto is hiring rideshare drivers in San Francisco as a W-2 employee. You’ll drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber trips with guaranteed hourly wages, tips, and employee benefits.

Alto covers vehicle costs and offers weekly pay, plus a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts. You can receive pay through direct deposit or On-Demand Pay, and healthcare is provided.

Formación

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (no suspensions).
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• fluent in English.

Pay & Benefits:

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (no suspensions from the Uber platform).
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to communicate verbally and follow directions from our Driver Support team.
• Comfortable with navigational apps (Uber driver app, Google Maps, emails, web browsing).
• Use company-provided mobile devices and applications to support data collection activities
• Accurately document route information, observations, and any issues encountered during driving sessions
• Capable of entering and exiting the vehicle consistently to assist customers with their luggage.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to sit for extended periods.
